All new cozy, designer decorated, original VT farmhouse ENTIRE HOME. 1st and 2nd floor identical apartments. 4 bedrooms. 2 King beds that can be split into twins and 2 full beds. 2 Full kitchens, living rooms and 2 bathrooms w laundry in each. 3 acres, swimming hole, wifi, cable, TV, laundry. Very easy to get to towns and skiing. IMPORTANT NOTE: A/C window unit in kitchen living area. MOST places in the area (except the main resort) DO NOT have A/C. It seldom gets past low 80s usually in the 70s and there is a wonderful breeze. There are free standing fans if needed as well.

WINTER: Just 7min. from Sugarbush base lodge, Mount Ellen and Mad River Glenn. 10 min to Blueberry lake or Ole cross country and snow shoe trails. * Minutes from American Flatbread, Big Picture Cafe and Theater, Elusive Moose Pub, Mad River Barn, Peasant, Pitcher Inn and Tracks. 3 min from Mad River Massage.
